Hey I’m Dr. Renata!
As a Naturopathic Doctor, my mission is to help women finally feel confident in their bodies again—not by cutting carbs, overdoing cardio, or buying another greens powder... but by getting specific about what their body actually needs.
Over the last few years, I’ve helped women lose 10–40+ pounds, regulate their hormones, eliminate daily bloating, and go from unpredictable digestion to regular, easy, effortless poops—sometimes after 20+ years of suffering.
